Hi all Speak Asians,
A group of 50 team leaders, distributors, zonal managers, few panelists etc met Mr. Tarak Bajpai on July 22nd in New Delhi and spent about 35 minutes in his office.
Following are the important messages given by him.
1. Speakasia has submitted all the relevant documents and papers for completing it's registration in India.Now the Govt. have to say the final word.He said it's a "wait and watch" situation and told everybody to expect the good news soon.
2. Speakasia will move to Supreme Court of India, if it's not given the right to do proper business in India. He hoped that such a situation never comes.Said that Speak Asia has a team of strong legal force
3. Speak Asia has alternative options and more than enough funds to start the payment to panelists even today...But company doesn't wish to take those options untill they get a final word from the Govt bodies. Starting the payment throgh these options may again invite Media war against the company..
4. No cases have been filed against company by anyone, anywhere such news are absolutely wrong.
5. Company desperately want to start the payment ASAP and the delay is due to reasons beyond their control. No dates regarding the start of payment can be announced now, as the registration is not yet complete. Some sources are intentionally delaying the verification of the documents submitted by spk asia. He requested the team leaders, managers, distributors etc not to speculate any dates about starting payment like August 1st week or 2nd week. PAYMENT DATE CAN BE ANNOUNCED ONLY AFTER PE ESTABLISHMENT AND REGISTRATION. So Just wait.
6. The office in Goregoan have finished 90% of it's construction, finishing touches going on. Hope to start the office around August 15th..
7. Prize distribution has already started, but in a slow pace...
8. Old reward points (Rp's earned before May 27th can be used only for pin purchase/subpanel and product purchase). These Rps canoot be used for cash request through bank accounts
9. Verfication of PAN CArd, e-mail, mobile, address etc will be done systematically after PE establishment.
10. Requested the full support of all spk asians in this fight.
